Company Profile
Wuxi ZD Technology (ZD Plating) was founded in 2010 and specializes in the R&D, production and technical service of electronic-grade plating additives and surface treatment chemicals. Our products serve PCB & FPCB manufacturing, semiconductor packaging, connector and leadframe production, and general metal finishing.
Today we work with more than 120 industrial partners worldwide — including BOSCH, BOSE and BREMBO — supplying chemistry that has to perform consistently across high-volume, high-reliability production lines.
Our production base is located in Jinshanbei Science & Technology Industrial Park, Liangxi District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, with standardized production, full raw-material traceability and controlled logistics for chemical products.
